Requested list of home owners from p&v

Hi -today i spoke with p@v requesting a list of the owners in my complex-not surprizingly i got shot down due to confindentily to the other owner who p@v say that they would not want to speak with me -my first lease is not up till 2020 -so i got an email address for the management company-copro.exterieures @groupepvpc.com --sent email and so far got no relpy-im going to wreck there heads till i get answers !! The management company sounds like an in house p@v company due to the email address -groupepvpc.com--has anybody heard of them--any ideas on how or where i could get the list of owners-due to the fact that im the only owner on this forum in les chant des oiseaux -im thinking that just because were still in lease and getting paid on time and nothing bad has happined "YET"-my fellow owner are prob unaware of what coming down the line --
