I'm having problems with late payment of rent by P&V but heard rumours that the main guy there for managing payments has retired recently and they are suffering from a lack or co-ordination for fulfilling their obligations.
Has anyone else heard this? Or is this just normal form for P&V?

Not at all normal for P and V
Not at all normal for P and V. We have always had our rent paid on time - and in the case of this year's rent due on 31st October, it was paid about a week early.
