the actual purchase is very secure but be very careful about the management company - there are issues with a few. For example a company who are managing a new one named after a small country beginning with L and ending with G (trying to be cryptic to avoid trouble) had issues a couple of years ago. Basically they were paying french buyers bang on time but delaying and delaying payments to UK buyers by as much as 8 months. I refuse to market them.
