Taking the plunge!

I found this site by trying to research the French Leaseback system and it looks like it will be very useful for all the advice that a first time buyer needs. I have just reserved a leaseback and have not been out to see the village it is in. Has anyone else bought "blind" or do people go to visit. The development has not been built as yet but we are ski aholics and love the alps. Anyone any info on the ski area Les sybelles.....I keep hearing that it is up and coming....has anyone skied this area?????? I also want to know if anyone has any experience of selling on after their lease is complete.....is this easy or is it difficult as there will still be other rental units around????
