Is this the development in Juan which is leased to/managed by one of the Groupe Monnier companies, "Rent a Flat Riviera" or "Rent a Flat on the Beach"? Was the selling agent Conseil Patrimoine?


If so, prepare for trouble and we would like to hear from you - we being owners at Jardins d'Elisa and Olympe.

Yes it was sold by Consieil Patrimoine but it is a small management company, none of the above. It looks like we are getting letters indicating that due to economic conditions there will be problems with our rent.
