New to leaseback - can you help

Hi all

I am new to the idea of leasebacks and hope that some of you can assist me with with answers to the following given your experiances. Some may sound daft but I am only on the first rung of the ladder with this

How would you go about finding the view from each apartment?

When would you find out how much natural light is available before your purchase?

The Notary fees appear really high in some of the properties we have looked at, there must be some serious padding there, What is the norm ?

Where and how much do the brokers get paid?

Do you know of any independent research on the web about this?

What are the pitfalls?

What happens if interest rates change?

Are English translations available for all the documents?

Thanking you in advance

If you mean UKagents normally between 3 and 6% of Ht tax deducted price (although their are various french taxes called TVA which are deducted prior to . Depends how far down the chain the actual agent is

Do you know of any independent research on the web about this? theres nothing published

What are the pitfalls? My main view would be the fact that on resales a lot of your tax rbeate may be repayable, what happens if your management company goes to the wall, and are you paying a fair price.

What happens if interest rates change?
Your mortgage either goes up or the lenght of your mortgae is extended
