Hi,
I'm new here and own a leaseback in Center Parcs Domain Des Trois Forêts.
My first observation is that there are no posts in this forum. Is that because there are no other owners on this site? Or it because people just post and read the General Discussion board?
Hi Adrian,
Hi Adrian,
I'm not a frequent poster/visitor to these forums.
I own a leaseback in Center Parcs Domain des Trois Forets.Have been receiving my rent from PV, no issues there. Lease is up for renewal in the Autumn 2019 I think so this forum will hopefully be helpful for all of us owners. Don't know anything about the French group of owners as mentioned in your other post.
Another problem coming for me down the line is that my bank CIF who gave me the original mortgage in France is being wound down by the Frech government and will not offer me a new mortgage in 2020 when I come to the end of my 10 year interest only period.
John
Hi All,
Hi All,
My name is Anthony Fildes, I was asked by Mr Daniel Fleischhauer to gather together the UK and Irish owners and encourage them to
join the association AC3F. I am an owner myself and have joined as I see this the only way forward to what has proven to be a very poor
investment in my opinion. Should you wish to sign up here’s the link.;
https://acd3f.wordpress.com/
Click on “Nous Rejoindre” —> “Join us” —> “ACD3F membership form”.. the instructions are in English. I printed the form in French and
completed it the scanned and sent it to the listed email address.
The only way to pay is direct bank transfer.
Daniel has been very helpful and will keep you up to date once you have joined the association.
Anthony.
ps if anyone is planning a visit I’d really appreciate some photos of my unit H4.9.
One owner informed me his unit was built with a shared bathroom making it unsellable !! Not as per the plans.
Well, what I learn today is
Well, what I learn today is that this forum doesn't automatically send email updates when people reply to threads you start.
As I didn't get any emails I assumed that nobody replied and didn't bother logging on again.
Thanks for your replies. I've signed up with ACD3F now and hope that negotiations are positive.
Hi John,
Hi John,
Do you have more information regarding the status of CIF? I can't see anything obvious on Google.
I have a mortgage with them and I would rather not have to deal with remortgaging.
My mortgage has already moved to captial repayment as the interest only part was only 5 years. But fortunately they chose to change the interest terms during the transition and the increased payments weren't too much of a shock. But it does mean that the property is a money sink at the moment.
Hi Adrian,,
Hi Adrian,,
Sorry for delay in getting back , I hadn't checked this forum & likewise I presumed I would receive an e-mail when a new post appears.
Must check in more regulary so !
I emailed CIF last May & this is the answer I received !!!
Hi John
Sorry for the delay in answering to you.
Unfortunately, Credit Immobilier de France is actually on the way to close and we can not refinance mortage anymore.
Your latest draft will amount to 301 378.78 euros by July 2020.
However, you can refinance your loan through an external bank.
I remain at your disposal for any further information.
Best regards
Cordialement,
Stéphanie Diakhaté
