Anyone has seen the very suspicious offer for Cap Med with 5% cash back, notaire fees paid, 100% finance etc?
It looks to good to be true especially when all serious developers in France don't give discount any more because they are selling fast with French investors (with Scellier tax incentive).

not a single plot is sold on CAP MEd yet. I have seen it! they are not selling as the rental is very low and your monthly mortgage cost is higher than the rental. you will have to pay money every moth to pay for someone else to enjoy your property.

The place is completely dead. i go every day there on my bike and it is all very quiet in the high holiday season.

Sorry xdot but that does not answer the question as to how you know that "not a single plot is sold on Cap-Med yet". It seems almost impossible to book a room there at the moment so it must be busy - are we all talking about the same place?
