I have been asked by the developer to provide "non occupying owner insurance" when I take delivery of my leaseback property.
What exactly does this cover and can anyone recommend somewhere to purchase this?

These types of policy cover what the management company do not cover.
Eg: Vandalism, theft, natural disasters etc. and Liability, Legal protection etc.
We used Generali and the cost was 92. Euros for this year for a studio.
French Property News and Living France both have Insurance agents who will be able to offer you cover.
