am at final stage of selling my leaseback and have all documents sent but there is just the l'etat predate remaining. Is this a single document or a number of documents? amy help appreciated:/Martina

Martina,
An "Etat date" is basically a statement from the bank confirming the amount left outstanding.
Most of the Bank will only send it to the Notary in charge of the sale after this one requested it.
