Furniture Package

I have just (18 Dec) taken delivery of an off plan leaseback apartment. Although the apartment itself is fine (a few areas arn't as in the Notive Descriptive so I think I have to tell the developer by registered letter within one month?), the furniture package isn't.

The furniture in no way resembles the artists impressions or website for the development which I expected and everything has been supplied as per the furniture list which had no costs associated with individual items just a total, but it is very very cheap, old fashioned and totally of the wrong size/unsuitable for the property to the point that it has ruined the apartment. My Acte de Vente details a charge for furniture of 12,000 euro which I have paid. I estimate the furniture hasn't cost more than 3000 euro and I am being kind....

Does anyone know how I can challenge this? Does it matter that the property has already been handed over to the managing agent?

Thanks

Who took delivery of the property for you?

Officially I don't know, thinking about it I'm not sure anyone did. I signed the Acte in November and the property was immediately handed over to the leaseback company (Eurogroup) for the opening of the residence on 18th December. I arranged to go to the apartment on the 18th and discovered the furniture which had been put in the week before.....

Handover was never discussed with me either by the notaire or the estate agent/property developer.
