I am interested in serving a CDP but am nervous that Odalys would turn around and opt out leaving me in
a difficult situation where I have to find another management company. Do you think this would happen or
should I go ahead and serve a CDP? Also I have contacted some of the other owners of our building, could
we share the cost of a CDP and put all our names on it?
They will not just "opt out". If they do not pay the rent you have a choice to take proceedings further, and you can choose not to break the lease.
