Our lease was ended by PV but continued under a mandat de gestion one year contract with Maeva.com. We now report accounts as para hôtelier. Seamus has explained how this works in these forums.
Maybe think to use Seamus to do your accounts under para hotelier activity and to check that it has been converted from LMNP to Parahotelier properly. If you have more weeks of occupancy than rental I think this can cause a problem.
