Lease Break

Has anyone ever successfully got out of a lease and went on to rent independently or sold?ThanksDeclan

If you agree to pay the usually very high "eviction indemnity" figure they demand, you may be able to get your property back. The calculation of this eviction indemnity is something of a dark art !

It may prove very difficult to sell with your "tenant" in situ.

The nature of french Leaseback as a scam is now truly apparent. The scandal is the indifference if not connivance of the French authorities.

Have a property in Allen Des Dunnes. Management lease is up but if we want to exit but apparently in the small print it said they are entitled to 2.5 years running costs of the site ...which equates to 6 years rent....agree it's the dark arts of french leasebacks !!! If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it. .....advice to anyone who's site might be taken over by a new management company...be really careful on the exit arrangements !!!
