What kind of query do you have? Are you trying to refinance? negotiate? or have a moratorium?

Matthew, 

I have asked banks for refinancing of Leasebacks and I am afraid they refused to refinance leasebacks in the past. Of course because of the poor garantees they have. 

Have you done a valuation of the properties? Are the valuation superior to the capital outstanding? Of course if any bank accept, they will want to make sure the value is greater than capital outstanding.
