Le Refuge du Golf FLAINE-Help please

Hello All;

I have only just encountered this forum and gladly also. I have quickly

read through many of the posts and as I suspected others were having

troubles also, if only I had found this forum years ago.

Short story, I have never received 1 Euro of rental since the construction

of Le Refuge du Golf and have been fighting with the bank since day 1,

things have been getting worse with the outstanding mortgage payments

obviously building up.

I dont even know if Odalys or some other management company are

supposed to be paying the rent any more as nobody ever replies to any

emails. Today however I have received an email out of the blue from

Vanessa VETTER

Assistante syndic

SGIT GESTION

she was saying that she has been corresponding to my old house address

but this was years ago now, but I have replied so maybe some news there,

I hope!!!

As I said I am overdue a huge amount of rental returns and the bank are

at the verge of closing the deal, which of course means a huge bill coming

my way and loss of deposit.

I am in need of help, preferably anyone with any information on this

Flaine development and anyone else who can help with any other useful

info please.

Hi All

I have at long last (years) having some communication with my agents, do

these charges seem normal to those with experience and should I be

paying these even although I haven't received 1 Euro of rental return in

years?

''You’ll find attached your statement showing the amounts to be paid.

- &nbsp ;Non recoverable charges for period 01.01.12 to 30.06.12 = 188.61

- &nbsp ;Non recoverable charges for period 01.07.12 to 30.09.12 = 94.30

- &nbsp ;Financial advance voted in general assembly meeting = 35.08 €

- &nbsp ;Fees for 1rst reminding to pay = 4.78 €

- &nbsp ;Non recoverable charges for period 01.10.12 to 31.12.12 =

94.30 €

- &nbsp ;Fees for 2nd reminding to pay = 9.56 €''

Any help, tips, legal info and general help would hugely appreciated.

I am with Odalys too and these charges are very similar to what we get invoiced for. I have paid these charges in the past but have told SGIT Gestion that I am not paying any more untill I receive rent from Odalys which is their sister company. No way am I paying a cent untill I get the rent.

Thanks for your time in replying.

I suggested today that I am happy to pay but would prefer if they deduct

it from YEARS of unpaid outstanding rents. She replied and is apparently

open to this and sent me a document to fill out and return.

Have to say the last 2 days have been the most polite and promising

correspondence in years so I am feeling slightly positive again...

Why are they not paying the rents but taking in paying customers to the

properties, short of being illegal I just dont understand the

unprofessionalism.
