FrançaisIs anyone else having problems with the maintenance group - SGIT GESTION?
I have a leaseback in Cap d'Agde and can't get any sense out of this company. There were two special appeals for funds to repair the swimming pool and it's surrounding area in 2009. I have receipts on SGIT paper that this money was received; in May of this year the second appeal reappeared in the demands column - no explanation. I also pay the maintenance anually to reduce transfer costs, but they try to charge me arrears per quarter. There's no communication - except threats to involve their legal department - which I've told them - go ahead - I've got the receipts for payment. I just keep getting billed - with late payment charges added - despite the proof that all money asked for has been paid.
Am I alone in this? I know the Odalys site near Nimes is getting rid of them, does anyone else with a property in Cap D'Agde have the same issues?

Yes I am having a nightmare with SGIT Gestion in Cap Dagde. THankfully through this forum I hope to get things sorted. The problem is that all correspondence is in French. I was behind on what I owed SGIT and was paying them off bit by bit and making progress when they decided to take me to court after I had 60% of the arrears paid. Call Noel on 086 8314033 about this. Interesting - and curious too. SCI Gestion are Odalys's "in house" Syndic and owned by them unless I am very much mistaken. I'm surprised to hear that Odalys are getting rid of them at a site in Nimes and would be grateful if you could provide further info.
