We are trying to sell our Leaseback property. We have it placed with two local agents and have had little or no interest over the last two years ! The Leaseback expires in October 2013. Would it be wiser to sell it then ? cookie

Cookie,
It would be better to sell in 2013 IF you can exit the lease with no penalty!Ask the management company if ther is a penalty for exiting the lease!
Leaseback is a French system but most French agents havent got a clue about it,i explained it to them and most wernt interested in selling them.
Also, like P&V,they might ask for refurbishment costs at the end of the lease!
